Bangladesh is one of the countries most affected by climate change. Climate-induced migration is for many people only a vague concept and perceived as a problem of the distant future, but people in Bangladesh are already being affected, with huge numbers forced to leave their homes and find shelter elsewhere.
The Environmental Justice Foundation will outline the impact of climate change in Bangladesh based on its findings during a field investigation and highlight the key recommendations for dealing with the challenge at both the national and international level.
This event is free to attend.
